A quotation will be furnished for your approval and authorization to initialize your project as per applicable fee for quick reference check our online fee schedule.
initial plans/ conceptual sketches, will be drawn to set up the basic outline and shared for preview. Changes, adjustments will get your requirements keeping bye laws in view and set location of rooms, stair, kitchen and tentative sizes but not authorized to build.
Once the Conceptual Sketches are DONE, it will move further to finalization of design development.
Your design will move to a further stage, and start getting into shape upto the freeze plans by moving through different stages like space management, levels, standarization, customization, facade elevations, structural engineering plans and services key maps. You will be updated accordingly during this time.
Once the design development phase completed the design is went through a final check for engineering stability and minor touch ups if necessary. It takes 4 weeks odd for a Design to complete after approval of Initial Sketch/ conceptual plan.
You may need to make the payments of balance 50% of the fee. Drawings will be delivered as mentioned in Quotation.
Your design will move to a further stage, and start getting into shape up to freeze plans. You will be updated accordingly for any change that may be appropriate.
We will send you initial plans ( Linear Plans )/ conceptual sketches, as per Requirement Form ( Step 1 ) to set up the basic outline. This will get us closer to your wishes and needs keeping designing constraints in view
You may need to make the payments of balance 50% of the fee. Drawings will be delivered as mentioned in Quotation. Normally 2 Sets in A3 in hard copy and PDF soft copy is delivered, MAD will not give any editable format file of whatsoever nature. All sheets if required for approval to any authority will also be furnised in print format on desired size.
